01 Overview
everAmore is an iPhone app that gently brings a cherished photo to life — a soft smile, a turn of the head, the warmth of being together again. To do that, a photo you choose is processed by automated, machine-learning systems (commonly referred to as AI) and returned to you as a short, private memory.
We designed everAmore to collect as little as possible. You do not create an account with your name or email, we do not show ads, and we do not track you across other apps or websites. This policy describes how we handle the limited information involved.
In short: your photo is sent — only with your go-ahead — to create your memory, kept private to your account, never sold, never used to train models, and deletable by you at any time.
02 What we collect
We keep the information we hold to the minimum needed to run the app:
- The photo you choose. When you create a memory, the photo you select is sent for processing. We never browse or access your photo library — only the single image you pick is used.
- The memories you create. The short moving memories made from your photos, stored privately so you can return to them.
- An anonymous account identifier. A random identifier tied to your device so your memories and credit balance stay with you. It is not your name, email, or phone number.
- Purchase and credit records. When you buy a credit pack, Apple processes the payment and our purchase provider confirms it so we can add credits. We do not receive your full card details.
- Basic technical and diagnostic data. Limited information needed to deliver the service securely and to fix problems (for example, whether a memory was created successfully). This is not used for advertising.
03 How we use it
We use the information above only to:
- Create the memory you asked for, and return it to you.
- Keep your memories and credit balance available on your device.
- Check that an image is suitable before any credit is used, to keep the service safe and within Apple’s rules.
- Process purchases and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Diagnose problems, retry a memory that did not complete, and improve reliability.
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it. We rely on your consent and on the performance of our service to you as the bases for this handling.
04 Your photos & memories
Because this is the heart of everAmore, we want to be especially clear about it.
- We ask first. Before your photo ever leaves your phone, everAmore shows a clear note explaining that it will be sent to a trusted processing service to create the animation, and asks you to agree.
- It travels securely. Your photo is sent over an encrypted connection and held in private storage that only your account can reach.
- It is never used to train models. Your photos and your loved ones’ faces are not used to train, fine-tune, or improve any machine-learning model — ours or anyone else’s.
- It is never sold or shared for marketing. Full stop.
05 Service providers
A few trusted companies help us run everAmore. They may only handle your information on our instructions, for the purposes below, and may not use it for their own ends.

07 How long we keep things
We keep the photo you choose only as long as needed to create your memory and to let you retry if something goes wrong, after which it is removed from our processing storage. Your finished memories stay in your private library until you delete them or delete your account. Purchase records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting.
08 Your choices & deletion
You are in control of your memories at all times.
- Delete a single memory from your gallery, and it is removed for good.
- Delete your account and everything in it from the app’s profile screen. This permanently removes your memories and your data from our servers.
- Ask us for help. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your information. Email us and we will help — even though, because your account is anonymous, we may need information from your device to locate it.

09 Security
Your photos travel over encrypted connections and are held in private storage reached only through secure, access-controlled functions. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your memories with care and to limit what we hold in the first place.
10 Children
everAmore is not directed to children. You must be at least 17 years old to use it. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will remove the associated data.
11 Where data is processed
everAmore and its providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where we transfer information, we take steps to ensure it remains protected to a standard consistent with this policy and applicable law.
12 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. When we make a meaningful change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app. Continuing to use everAmore after a change means you accept the updated policy.
