Using everAmore, with care.

01 Acceptance

By downloading or using everAmore, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. We may refer to everAmore as “the app,” “we,” or “us” throughout.

02 The service

everAmore gently brings a still photo to life, creating a short, moving memory from a single picture you choose. The motion is produced by automated, machine-learning systems and is meant to be a tender keepsake.

everAmore is a creative tool, not a person. It does not recreate anyone’s voice, personality, or words, and it is not a way to communicate with anyone. We never present a memory as a real, living interaction.

03 Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use everAmore. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are able to enter into this agreement.

04 Your photos & rights

You keep ownership of the photos you choose and the memories you create. To use everAmore, you confirm that:

• You own the photo you choose, or you otherwise have the right to use it.
• You have the right to create a moving memory of the person in the photo — for example, because it is you, your own family, or you have the permission you need.
• Your use of the photo does not break the law or anyone else’s rights.

05 Acceptable use

To keep everAmore safe and respectful, you agree not to use it to:

• Bring to life a photo of an identifiable living person without their consent.
• Impersonate, deceive, harass, demean, or harm anyone.
• Create sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise harmful or unlawful content.
• Misrepresent a public figure, or create misleading content about real events.
• Break the law, infringe intellectual-property rights, or violate anyone’s privacy.
• Interfere with, probe, or attempt to bypass the security of the app or its services.

We use an automated safety check on images and may decline to process, or remove, content that breaks these rules. We may suspend access for serious or repeated misuse.

06 Computer-created content

Memories are created by automated, machine-learning systems. They are an artistic interpretation of your photo, not a factual record, and results vary from photo to photo. Where a platform or the law requires it, please disclose that a memory was created with the help of such tools when you share it.

07 Credits & payments

• Your first memory is on us. After that, everAmore uses consumable credits — one credit brings one memory to life in HD.
• Purchases go through Apple. Credit packs are bought through the App Store and charged to your Apple account, subject to Apple’s terms.
• Credits never expire and are not a subscription. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not transferable between accounts.
• Refunds. Purchases are generally final, except where required by law or by Apple’s refund policies. If a memory fails to be created, the credit for it is returned to your balance.
• Prices may change. We may adjust pack pricing over time; changes do not affect credits you have already bought.

08 Ownership

As between you and us, you keep all rights to the photos you provide and the memories you create. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process your photo, create your memory, store it for you, and operate the app. The everAmore name, logo, design, and software are ours and are protected by intellectual-property laws; please do not copy or misuse them.

09 Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your photos and memories — private by default, never sold, never used to train models, and yours to delete. It forms part of these terms.

10 Disclaimers

everAmore is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that a memory will meet your expectations, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that every photo will produce a result you love.

everAmore is a gentle keepsake, not a health, grief, or therapeutic service. If you are going through a hard time, please reach out to people you trust or a qualified professional.

11 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the everAmore team is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for everAmore in the twelve months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law allows.

12 Termination

You may stop using everAmore at any time and delete your account from within the app. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, or where needed to protect the service and the people who use it.

13 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as everAmore grows. When we make a meaningful change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app. Continuing to use everAmore after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the everAmore team operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any rights you have under the consumer laws of your own country. We hope never to need to, but any dispute should first be raised with us so we can try to resolve it together.
